When do tickets go on sale to the public?
The early bird special of $20.00 for General Admission will go on sale May 1, 2017. Preferred Gold ticket early bird special is $40. (Limited tickets available— limited time only). ** All other tickets can be purchased on-line or at ticket outlets. No exchanges. No refunds.


Where else can I buy tickets?
You may go on-line at Eventbrite.com, OR click on “tickets “at www.throwbackconcert.com OR Throwback Concert Facebook OR Charge by phone at 904-258-8596 OR visit the Ticket Outlet Stores below: • Church’s Chicken 1855 Dunn Ave. & 5870 Normandy Blvd. • Blu Dinner Restaurant 5868 Norwood Ave. & • Naval Base NAS JAX Building 953A Enterprise Ave. (off Roosevelt Blvd.)*.

IF AVAILABLE, you may purchase at the gate on day of show. Saturday 10 am- 6pm. (Additional $10.00 per ticket) CASH ONLY. All tickets are sold per seat/ per person. VIP tickets will most likely sell out. PURCHASE EARLY.


What are the seating arrangements?
The PLUSH VIP will be seated in the first (3) three rows from the stage and will have back stage pass to meet at least one of the performing artists. DIAMOND VIP will be in front 3 rows. PLATINUM VIP seating will be directly behind Diamond VIP seating. All VIP seat consists of an up- close and personal experience of the concert with a guaranteed seat at a table. VIP ticket holders will also have their own food vendor and drink vendors. PREFERRED GOLD seating will be located behind VIP. Preferred Gold ticket holders will have a good view and a chair. GENERAL ADMISSION ticket holders are first come first served base. There are no built- in seating. This section requires one to bring your own portable lawn chair. No tables allowed in this area.


What items are PROHIBITED?
NO tents, NO large umbrellas, pets, large bags, cameras, camcorders, video recording device, coolers, or outside food /beverages allowed. Additionally, NO backpacks, NO drugs, and NO unauthorized vending or advertising. A variety of food and beverages will be on sale at the concert. For everyone’s safety, all bags, packages, and containers are subject to inspection. (No bags larger than 12×12 will be allowed).


What other activities will be at the event?
In addition to the national artist and wonderful throwback music, there will be a variety of food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, a marketplace with arts and crafts, corporate sponsor giveaways, CD’s, t-shirts, merchandise, information booths, souvenirs items and giveaways.


What if it rains on the day of the show?
All artists are scheduled to perform “rain or shine”. The show will continue. You may bring a rain coat. (Remember no large umbrellas). No refunds.


Which artists are performing? Is it listed in the order of performance?
Show information can be found under “TICKETS” tab on the website. The artists are not listed in order of performance. The 2017 headliner is Morris Day& The Time. Morris Day and The Time is due to hit the stage at 9:45pm. Other performing artists include TROOP, Ready for the World, Lakeside, Adina Howard, and Rude Boys.


Is there any discount for seniors, Children or Military?
Yes. This is a 30year old and older mature event. We highly recommend no children. No discounts for children. All discount tickets are only available at NAS Jacksonville ITT ticket office only. Seniors may take advantage of the “early -bird” special while it last. For groups larger than 20, please leave comment in “contact us” section or call us at 352-88Throw. Someone will get back with you shortly.


What is the re-entry policy?
No re-entry. If you leave the venue and wish to reenter, you will be required to purchase a new ticket. There will be plenty of water to purchase for this hot day. All your needs will be in the park.


Are there ATM machines at the concert?
Maybe. Some vendors will be accepting credit cards but we highly recommend you have cash.


What about PARKING??
Parking Fee is $5.00. Cash only. No designated Parking for the 2017 show. No tailgating allowed for 2017, however there  will be a designated tailgating area for 2018. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING ALLOWED.


How Can I get Media Passes?
Passes are generally reserved for media outlets with whom we have partnered for advertising, sponsorship or other promotion of the concert. A very limited amount of passes are available per event. Requests received later than ten days prior to the event will NOT be granted. ONLY THROWBACK FEST PASSES WILL BE HONORED AND GRANTED ACCESS. MEDIA PASSES DOES NOT GRANT ALL ACCESS. We reserve the right to approve and revoke passes at any time.


Are tickets refundable?
No. This is a rain or shine event. If tickets have not arrived yet, please contact the ticketing company directly. No refunds for any reason.


When does the show start and end?
Gates open at 4pm on Saturday afternoon. The show starts at 6pm. The last act, which is the headliner, is scheduled to take the stage at 9:45pm. The concert will be over at 11pm. Order of performance may change. Performing Artists are subject to change.


What if I want to become a vendor?
Log onto www.throwbackconcert.com, click on vendors, then download application. Complete and sign forms. You must be approved before payment is accepted. You must have insurance to participate as a food vendor. Merchandise vendors are to click on merchandise. Money must be in money order or cashier check form. Vendors are accepted on a first come first serve bases. Deadline for payment will be July 20, 2017…NO VENDORS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON SHOW DAY.
